With the audition class, the Christmas jacket, and the 11-year-olds in RinkChat
I had a dream with three different parts to it:
1) There was a sort of miniclass about auditions. It ran for 5-6 weeks, and at the beginning of each week, you would come in and audition for a specific kind of show they were talking about that week. If you were good enough, you didn't have to go to the classes that week, but if you weren't, you would attend classes and lectures on how to do well with those kinds of auditions. Breana was really upset that she had to go to the first week of classes, and was trying to figure out what she could have done better, when someone who'd taken this class before pointed out that auditions for each kind of show require you to stand facing in a different direction - this week, she should have stood with her back almost entirely to the audience, "for more emotion."
2) I was doing Fresh Faces again, so I showed up in all-black, and Lucy came up to me and was like, "Oh, my, that doesn't look good on you at all," and told me I'd have to get another costume. I didn't have any other black outfits, and I told her this, so she went running off to the costume shop to find one. She came back with a white button-up shirt and said, "I don't want you to wear this, because I want to be the only one wearing white," and then left again, leaving me annoyed that she'd brought up that shirt in the first place. Finally, she gave me a white zip-up hoodie with Christmas trees printed all over it and told me to wear it over what I had on. I tried to explain I was supposed to be in all black, but she just glared at me and said, "Just wear it, OK? Because what you're wearing now will not do."
3) I dreamed that late at night, about ten 11-year-olds who all knew each other showed up in RinkChat and were being generally annoying. One of them asked for me to unban their friend and, for some reason, I did. So they chatted for awhile and were really annoying, and I decided to ban them all again. But just then they showed up in my room armed with weapons such as slingshots and large metal poles. I tried to ban them anyway, because I knew if I banned them in chat, they'd disappear from my room, but I woke up right before I got a chance to.

Where we go visit Jacob's friend
I dreamed that I was driving to the store with Jacob, but he was absolutely insistent that we go see his friend J Bob. (Spelled like that.) He told me where to go, and we went on all these really windy roads, and finally got there, only to find that Jacob didn't want to be there after all. Along the way we also went to a Wal-Mart that had enormous shelves but only a single watch on every shelf.

Where Melissa wants to make curtains
I dreamed that Melissa, the HU theater's choreographer, was really intent on making curtains for every single doorway in the MCA, but she didn't want to make them on her own, so at freshman orientation, she announced that all the freshmen had to sign up to come make curtains with her for at least one hour a week.

Where I'm helping to teach a musical theater revue to kids
I dreamed that I was doing the Troupe (as I am this year in real life), but was teaching it to a group of young children. We were doing the Les Miserables medley, and one little girl named Paige was just doing her own thing and not listening to what was being said. I went up to her and said, "Listen, Paige. You've been cast as Morgan Freeman, and if you want to play him, you're going to have to pay attention and listen to the teachers." She was very humbled by this.

Where my brothers almost drown
I dreamed my little brothers and I went swimming, but instead of the pool being shallow at one end of the pool and deep at the far end, it was cut in half lengthwise, so if you were getting in at the narrow end of the pool you had no idea which way you were going. My brothers kept jumping in and landing upside down and almost drowning. I had to keep saving them.

When Rifty won't see Guys and Dolls
I dreamed that it was the last weekend of Guys and Dolls, and I got back to my dorm to find that Rifty was there. He said he was on a road trip up to Michigan and decided to visit. I asked him if he was coming to the show the next day and he said, well, he'd be around but he wouldn't go, because Guys and Dolls sounded like a musical adaptation of a Hitchcock film to him and he didn't like Hitchcock-based musicals. I kept trying to convince him that Guys and Dolls had absolutely nothing to do with Hitchcock, but he wouldn't believe me.

Where we do the Christmas show with no rehearsal
I dreamed we were doing 'Tis the Season again at school, but we didn't get any sort of rehearsal or anything, we just were supposed to jump back into performing it. I arrived an hour before show like I was supposed to and was trying desperately to remember all the choreography, and then realized I needed to have my hair curled as well. Breana offered to curl it for me, but kept getting distracted and ended up just putting several giant metal coat hangers in my hair and said I was done.
