The Dreams of Hannah

I dreamed I was back in the creative writing class, and it was time for the final. For some reason, my entire family was there, and at the end of the final we were asked to sing a song for them. So we did, and then it switched abruptly to a scene where two of the guys from the class decided they were going to kill me because I was a Christian. I ended up jumping out a window and running across fields, while all these people from my school were chasing me.

Then it switched to some sort of movie scene, and this is where I started getting really freaked out. It started off like a trailer for a scary movie, and told the story of this girl whose psychotic younger brothers had tied her up some place and kept feeding her food and eventually, when she got fat enough, they were going to eat her, sort of like Hansel and Gretel.

I discovered that a church was apparently behind this whole thing. I ended up finding the girl and releasing her, and the church was furious. I kept telling them this was wrong, but they didn't believe me and didn't believe me and were going to kill us both. Then a few people came forward and put all these random things at the girl's feet. Apparently they were things they'd stolen from her because they knew she'd be dead soon, and now they were sorry so they were giving them back. Two of the things they gave her were the soundtracks to Pyscho and Psycho II. (???)

There was just this general sense of terror throughout the entire dream.
