Where the African orphans make a quilt for us
I dreamed that my church was sponsoring some sort of charity for African orphans, except the African orphans were actually making quilts for *us*. One of the ladies in the church got up during the sermon and played this video she had taken of the orphans displaying their finished products. Except most of them couldn't actually speak English. One of them just sort of stared at the camera. Another one said proudly, "Quilt...is... made!" And then there was this other woman who didn't look African at all, but more Hispanic, and she was coughing, and the woman videotaping suddenly went into this long rant about how, "Why are you coughing? Oh, goodness, could it POSSIBLY be because you don't take any care of yourself and are slowly killing yourself?" At which point it suddenly turned into an episode of House and they tried to cure this woman.

Where I'm trapped in a sunken ship with Bilbo and House
I dreamed I was trapped in a sunken ship with a large group of fictional characters which included House from the TV show House and Bilbo from Lord of the Rings. At one point, Bilbo, some random obnoxious sailors, and I were all in the basement of the ship, which looked suspiciously like the basement of the church I went to with the Ls in New York. Bilbo found a small pink container and asked the sailors to pick it up for him. They gave him a look and said, "Why should we, eh?" (I'm not sure WHAT nationality they were, they had a bit of an Australian accent but at other times they were clearly British.)
Bilbo picked up the container then, and popped the lid off, and at that point I could see a tiny baby octopus squirming around in there. Then Bilbo whispered to me, "We'll creep up to the ceiling and DROP IT ON THEM! Then we'll see if they'll get it for me or not!" So he threw the container up toward the ceiling, and millions of spiders came out and crawled over and fell on the sailors' heads, at which point I made myself wake up because I didn't want to be part of a spider dream.
